It’s an environment which encourages you to achieve your best - together we’ll empower results. Responsibilities: Manage the relationship for a portfolio of clients and assume responsibility for client service delivery and excellence;Ensure that all the clients' priorities, objectives and any other requirements have been met with the following service deliverables (non-exhaustive);Accounting for captives including Management reports and commentary plus Statutory reportingMAS returns and other Regulatory reportingCoordination of audit, tax returnsAdvising on capital managementFacilitating Board meetings and responsibility for Board minutesSupporting captive incorporation and establishment processUnderwriting, policy administration and claims management where applicableHandle introduction of IFRS 17 to impacted clients.Demonstrate and deliver an 'Aon United' approach to your Portfolio of clients;Ad hoc projects to support the business, e.g. captive formations, captive closuresSupport and enact the Firm's decisions and strategies; andMaintain a thorough understanding of the Captive industry and associated trends. Requirements Graduate in Accountancy or any relevant discipline with professional qualification in a respected Accountancy bodyCompetency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT, Access),Min 3-6 years relevant experience with experience in insurance or captives highly preferredGood communication and presentation skills Able to multi-task with good time management skills How to ApplyYour opportunity to empower results could start right here.
