The Manager of Finance is accountable for the financial leadership and financial management for an Interdependent Business Unit (IBU). The Manager of Finance optimizes the financial and operational performance; achieves organizational objectives and strategic goals; leads efforts to improve operations and monitor metrics, including staffing, labor productivity, overtime, and serves as a key resource to monitor budget variances. The incumbent partners with clinical and operational leaders to provide guidance and share financial talent to maximize on financial opportunities; identifies opportunities for improvement and leads the execution of financial improvement initiatives – translating financial targets into actionable operating objectives. Minimum Requirements:
Six (6) years of progressively responsible finance experience in a healthcare environment
Three (3) years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity Education/Licenses/Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business required
Master's degree preferred
