Knowledge of core finance, valuations, financial modelling and financial statement analysis. Analysis of different sectors, preparation of pitch presentations, negotiations and sourcing of mandates. Relationships with promoters/CFOs with Mid Corporate/Large Corporate Clients , Business development and knowledge of SEBI ICDR regulations.Originating equity capital raise transactions from listed and unlisted companies space with the objective of achieving targets set by Senior ManagementPerson would be the relationship interface with the client and work closely to originate and successfully conclude equity capital raise transactionsPerson must also have independent relationship with PE fundsResponsible for developing and managing team within the EQUITY CAPITAL SEGMENT(ECS)Originate business for the ECS. Handles complex financial arrangements and markets pricing decisions.Identify reputed prospect companies suitable to approachApproach, access, breakthrough and meet Top Management (Promoters/Directors/ Decision Makers/ CFOs) of these companies to explore origination opportunities for raising equity capitalNegotiating and closing equity capital raise mandatesCoordinating with Company and internal Execution and Syndication Teams to successfully conclude transactionsImparts product knowledge to subordinates and peers in the other areas of the Company.Strong domain and Industry knowledge providing ability to originate, execute and close transactionsTypically manages 3 - 4 team membersManages public issues /FPOs/ right issues/ QIPs/ FCCBs / Pvt.
