Profile

The Position
Our bank client is seeking to fill a Commercial Loan Processor role to be based in the Rockford, IL market. The successful candidate will provide service support to expand lending relationships by providing lending and operational support to lenders.
This position offers a generous base salary of up to $60K and an excellent benefits package. (This is not a remote position).
Commercial Loan Processor responsibilities include:
Coordination of loan documents and account maintenance.
Assisting Lenders during all stages of the loan.
Preparing loan documents for loan officers.
Preparing and sending early loan disclosures (as required).
Ordering title work, flood certifications, & UCC filings (as required).
Loading loan and customer data into the ITI system and completing maintenance checks on loans loaded.
HMDA reporting and monitoring.
Preparing for the renewal cycle on existing loans.
Department filing, imaging, and tracking.
Consumer loan processing backup as needed.
Performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements

You also bring the following skills and experience:
Bachelors Degree Preferred.
Three or more years of banking or CRE, commercial construction, and C&I loan processing experience preferred.
Understanding of CRE, commercial construction, and C&I loan structures, Laser Pro loan software, or similar preferred.
Adequate knowledge of internal policies and procedures and the respective state and federal laws and regulations governing departmental functions to ensure the performance of job duties.
Must be able to work with detailed information in an accurate, timely, and confidential manner.
Proficient in the use of Word and Excel.
