FINANCIAL SYSTEMS ANALYST','Full-time','Finance','DAY','DAY','80','80','None','None','COLORADO-ENGLEWOOD-DENVER INVERNESS','','!*!This position plays a key role in implementing and supporting the Financial Systems within the FISA Systems team that are used throughout Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI).  This position works with managers and team members on system availability, maintenance, training, and data validation while coordinating with other teams in the areas of financial or clinical analysis on reporting, budgeting, and ad hoc analysis needs.
 
Key Responsibilities:


Support for maintaining Hyperion applications platform

Provide internal support for CHI users of application and user specific issues across diverse desktop environment;
Maintain internal control, security and data integrity within the system;
Work closely with internal and external resources to creatively problem solve and coordinate issue resolution;
Provide continuous support to ensure consistency and accuracy of data.
Design and build reporting and analytic capabilities across the CHI organization utilizing Hyperion Smart View, Hyperion Financial Reporting Studio, and Cognos.
Perform daily, weekly, monthly dashboard creation and various levels of tie out to ensure accuracy of data requested.
Maintain excellent communication with all levels of management, be responsive to customer requests.
Build and maintain documentation and training materials to create additional capabilities throughout the organization.
Assist Manager in tracking progress, prioritizing work, developing time estimates and work plans. This includes communication of status and notification to manager of issues that impact productivity or ability to meet expectations.
Perform other duties as assigned by manager or Director.
 ','!*!Education / Accreditation / Licensure (required & preferred): 

Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, or information systems required. 
Experience (required and preferred):

Minimum 1 experience in accounting, auditing and/or financial reporting required. 
Minimum 1 experience with Oracle Hyperion Financial Management suite preferred. 
Minimum knowledge of IT infrastructure and terminology preferred. 
Healthcare experience preferred.
