Job Details:
The Director of Business Development will lead critical strategic initiatives, strategy development, planning, competitive insights and performance management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES:
Review and establish strategic priorities and convert them to quantitative and actionable plans
Evaluate potential threats and establish plans to minimize them.
Develop and manage KPI’s to forecast and analyze company performance.
Assist business leaders to understand and manage expectations.
Assist department leaders in helping them to implement the plan and meet their goals.
Collaborate with executive leadership in setting business vision and strategies Work with individual departments to help implement, manage and assess the success of the plans
Analyze data results of the plans and benchmark results to measure long term trends
Adopt strategies during an economic breakdown and financial crisis that try to raise customer value and cut costs
Analyze the major cause of the crisis and provide constructive solutions and a preventive plan for the future
Provide initiatives as solutions to existing problems, identify gaps in the business and provide advice on corrective actions
Develop a culture of ethical behavior in the business to support continued growth, productivity and positive employee and client relationships
Ensure implemented strategies earn profit and promote economic development
Lead top priority strategic projects across the business
Manage Continuous Improvement Department
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred. Business, finance, accounting, or similar field of study
Communication Skills:
Exceptional communication skills in speaking, reading, writing and comprehension
