Loan Administration Quality Assurance Specialist
Position Summary
Provide direction and coordination of all activities for the Loan Administration functions specific to review, research, and audit of documents/files as required for Loan Boarding, Assignments, Lien Releases and Satisfactions in accordance with regulatory compliance, and company guidelines. This position is responsible for managing documents from referral to recording ensuring timelines are in accordance with established state regulations to improve client experience and business unit performance.
The incumbent will be expected to establish/maintain a culture of team collaboration, accountability, operational excellence, and unwavering commitment to customer service and satisfaction. The Loan Admin Quality Assurance Specialist will report to the Loan Administration Quality Assurance Supervisor. The position routinely interacts with various business units, compliance, external audit, internal audit, outside vendors and various clients within residential servicing.
Primary Responsibilities
Responsible for reviewing mortgage accounts to ensure Loan Administration documents are processed in compliance with all state and federal laws while maintaining compliance with Investor, Insurer, Agency and company guidelines. This includes the following:

Coordinates delivery and receipt of any original documents needed by business units and vendors
Receives, reviews, and sights exceptions to business unit as it relates to the Loan Administration action.
Handles various inquiries/problems relative to the execution of Loan Administration documents.
Monitors 20pt Audit results and team performance regarding response time to issues/problems and/or revision of documents.
Completes a post transfer document audit to include all Loan Administration documents required by the CFPB.
Diligently follows up on all outstanding requests and telephone calls from internal and external partners.
Manages Loan Administration reports geared to drive workflow
Manages exception reporting used as key controls for minimizing risk.
Monitors/Audits Loan Administration documents, identifying trends or risks associated with the portfolio.

Generate management level reports on a client level basis; analyze the results; report adverse trends to department VP and Compliance
Review inquiries/problems related to the execution of Loan Administration documents
Verify accuracy of boarding summaries, checklists and reconciliation files
Department/Team Ad-Hock Audits
Monthly Reporting Analysis
Maintain Loan Administration SharePoint QA tracking, history and scorecard portal to improve process workflows with other departments
Monitor team performance to ensure KPI’s are achieved and generate monthly scorecards to management
Monitors Stops (SAF1) Exception List
Monitors Welcome Letter Exception List
Monitors VOD Exception List
Identify potential issues or concerns and participate in a solution; including recommending and developing new policies and procedures.
Incumbent will be responsible for meeting RoundPoint’s commitment to compliance.
Qualifications
Required:
Minimum 2 Years Loan Administration experience preferred
Bachelors Degree Required
GSE and Government experience preferred
MSP/LPS Desktop Solution experience preferred
Knowledge of basic computer software programs to include Windows, Microsoft Word and Excel, Internet and Microsoft Outlook.

Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary internal and external customer service.
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
Excellent oral communication skills, including ability to effectively coach, motivate, and lead staff.
