Accountable for ensuring that deal is in compliance with the Company credit policies, procedures, approvals, and regulatory requirements. Basic commercial credit knowledge and Loan Accounting ExperiencePreferred Qualifications:1. Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance2. Paralegal experience with Wholesale Lending transactions from the lenders perspective3.
