This role is not remote eligible long term, so the ideal candidate would be local to the Minneapolis/St. Paul area or willing to relocate.

Key responsibilities

Virtual Experience Support and Execution Drives a positive customer experience by maintaining relationships, exhibiting empathy, and providing solutions to meet their needs.
Enhances the ability for customers to shop and connect with experts wherever and whenever they want.
Develop and maintain reporting infrastructure and tools, providing strategic analysis to maximize business across the virtual experience.
Execute daily, weekly, and monthly virtual experience responsibilities in partnership with manager and team. These activities include but are not limited to: Training for sales, vendors, products, and virtual experience strategies and plans
Communications in all vehicles and to all audiences
Management of 2nd, 3rd, and vendor provided labor
Vendor relationships, negotiation, and program fulfillment for retail training and events plans.
Virtual Experience/Retail support and issue resolution.
Retail tools, process, and SOP.
Merchandising support.
Monitors virtual sales and retail feedback integration points and provides insight and opportunities to manager and partners.
Design virtual experience plans, tools, and tactics to yield a positive employee and customer experience.
Provide virtual experience teams and other partners with sales and operational perspective, advice, and limits regarding sales proficiency, virtual sales capacity, and ability to execute plans. Ensure corporate actions and directions are consistent with virtual experience and retail SOP and parameters.
Develop ongoing working relationship with category partners, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Works cross-functionally with teams and contributes to sales, operational process, and strategy for product launches, business category strategies, and strategic initiatives.
Coordinates key run the business operational activities in support of the broader virtual experience support team.
Virtual Experience Strategy Act as strategic sales and operational SME for short term virtual experience projects, strategies, or initiatives.
Partner with category teams and partners as required, as well as vendors and other external partners to co-develop holistic plans and tactics.
Ensure business, retail, and vendor strategies are aligned in support of the employee and customer experience.
Act as sales and operational SME and represent retail feedback throughout the decision-making process.
Field Support Responsible for working with virtual and retail stores and multi-unit leaders to solicit feedback, collaborate on plans, and resolve local needs.
Accountable to providing swift responses and issue resolution in all retail support and communications vehicles for virtual experience responsibilities.
Accountable for providing guidance, answer, and support to virtual and retail stores, and multi-unit leaders.
Responsible for after hours on-call support as needed or process dictates.
Basic Requirements 2 or more years of experience in Business, Retail, Sales, Operations, or related experience
1 or more years of retail supervisory or management experience
1 or more years of vendor or external partner management
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
Preferred Requirements 1 or more years of financial management experience with P&L responsibilities
1 or more years of project management or cross-functional team experience
