Aon is looking for a Financial AnalystWe currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Financial Analyst in our Chicago office. This position will support the Nation Practice, IPS and TL groups for US Commercial Risk!Job responsibilities are:Prepare, analyze, and report on financial results focusing on key drivers behind the performance. Advise business leaders on trends and help formulate strategies that will drive improved financial results. Perform in-depth reviews and evaluations of monthly actual financial performance against budget and prior year.Assist in preparing month-end close journal entries, as necessary.Capture data from financial databases and business teams to create monthly and annual revenue and expense projections.Assist with the annual budgeting processes, including data collection and analysis.
