Responsibilities can include new system implementations, routine maintenance of databases and applications, upgrades, and maintenance releases; acting as a consultant to users on the best ways to use the software; coordinating with vendors on maintenance agreements, bug reporting, and fixes, and release management; and coordinating and interfacing with IT staff to ensure smooth support of existing systems, and implementation of new systems and enhancements.
