CCB - Capital Controller - Vice President','200029852','!*!Treasury is a function within the Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Finance organization that supports senior leadership in actively managing their balance sheet, Capital and Risk Weighted Assets (RWA), Liquidity, interest rate risk (IRR), and funds transfer pricing (FTP). The CCB Treasury Controllers team is responsible for ensuring the overall integrity and validity of Treasury financials and controls, communicating CCB views of monthly and quarterly forecasts and actuals, annual budget/mid-year reporting and stress testing (CCAR/ICAAP/Risk Appetite). It is a unique and critical mix of reporting, analytics and project management in an ever-changing regulatory environmentThe Vice President position will lead the CCB Capital Controllers team, responsible for: Managing a team of 3 direct reports (Analysts/Associates) and 2-3 indirect reports (Associates) in Bangalore, providing guidance through in depth knowledge of RWA policies, BAU processes, and business driversLeading Capital / RWA reporting for all CCB lines of business (Home Lending, Card Services, Consumer and Business Banking, Chase Auto) on forecast and actual resultsLeading Capital / RWA validation of month-end and quarter-end close actuals, coordinating with line of business, modeling, Reg. Reporting, and Corporate Capital Management partnersLeading end to end Capital / RWA Reporting for business planning and stress testing cycles, including Risk Appetite, CCAR, Resolution and Recovery, and annual Budget exercisesCoordination with leads within lines of business (LOB) Controllers, P&A, Corporate Treasury, CIO Treasury, BM&A, Capital Management and CFO groups on framework changes, new business initiatives, regulations, and other Corporate and senior management deliverablesRWA oversight into control processes, promoting a team environment of continuous improvement initiatives and streamlining of existing processes Working in CCB Treasury Controllers will give the successful candidate the opportunity to work in an area of the Firm that covers the spectrum of asset classes & financial/banking products.
