Develop and implement programs to reduce risk exposures and improve operational efficiencies or program costs. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Risk Management.nResponsibilitiesnnCollects, organizes, & submits data related to yearly insurance renewalsnCreates functional reports and dashboards related to General Liability and Workers Compensation by applying Excel VBA programming language.nAssist management and field business partners with property claimsnProcess Insurance InvoicesnResponsible for tracking Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for vendors and issuing new COIs as requestednAssist with the development and implementation of safety and risk mitigation programs.nAssist with Management of Grand Central and Internal team sites for all resorts (HGV/DRI)nPrepare quarterly security trend reports.nAct as Administrator of Incident Reporting SoftwarenAssist and Lead security contracts with vendors for our resorts and offices with Contract security.nAssist with Handling Risk Management Projects as assigned.nnnQualificationsn**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is a leader in the vacation ownership industry, operating with an unwavering commitment to innovation, quality, and continued growth.
