Your Opportunity


Prepare, review and issue invoices and account statements according to company procedures
transfer direct billing accounts daily from guest ledger to Accounts Receievable
Ensures that property billings are sent error free and in a timely manner
Reconcile daily credit card payments and investigate any variance
Provide training to operation team on credit card procedures
Assist with managing credit card payments solutions in compliance with PCI
Investigate credit card chargebacks and respond in a timely manner
Reconcile reward reimbursements
Allocate daily bank payment according to remittance advice
completes accounts receivable period end closing functions and procedures, credit and period end reporting
Upholds the policies and procedures outlined in the credit policy
Monitor open folios and master accounts
Compiles, codes, categorises, calculates, tabulates, audits or verifies information or data.
