This position reports to the Director of Global Operations Finance supporting Supply Management with a primary focus on analysis, planning, reporting, and financial support for the Technical Sourcing organization. This role will partner with Sourcing (Supply Management) Leaders and Finance teams across Operations Platforms, Project Management Offices (PMO), and Operating Units to support project reporting, drive standardization initiatives, and implement financial controls.
**Key activities include:**
Monthly/quarterly analysis of Project Reporting and Material Savings Initiatives
AOP/Forecast planning for Technical Sourcing; Business Partnering with Supply Management and Operations/OU Finance
Monthly/quarterly analysis and support of Supply Management Cost Centers
Capital and Project Planning

**A Day in the Life**
Analyze and communicate period-end (monthly/quarterly) results:
Perform monthly analysis of Technical Sourcing metrics (e.g., spend, capital, material savings, labor reporting), and communicate results to senior and mid-level business partners in Ops Finance and Supply Management.
Manage financial updates for monthly Supply Management reporting packages, including Monthly Operating Results (MOR) presentations.
Provide detailed cost center support to Supply Management teams, including variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Present results to senior cost center managers and Technical Sourcing leadership.
Perform month-end journal entries, project expense reconciliations, system updates, and quarterly updates of off-balance sheet arrangements.
Assist with annual planning and quarterly forecasting processes for Technical Sourcing cost centers:
Validate annual allocation models and communicate resulting variance and implications to Finance partners and Supply Management teams.
Model headcount, expenses, chargebacks, capital and development projects based on organizational strategies and priorities. Collaborate with functions to execute submissions to financial targets and deadlines.
Work with Supply Management and Ops Finance teams to identify and implement operational process improvements, including enhanced project reporting and budget oversight.
Analyze financial results of other Supply Management areas, identify implications, and provide recommendations to senior management.
Become a subject matter expert for supply management processes including project reporting, material programmatic savings, Capital Acquisition Request, ROI/NPV validations & prioritization recommendations, project support, and chargebacks.
Engage in continuous process improvement to standardize processes and drive efficiencies.
Be part of a dynamic team to implement change, improve visibility, and drive impactful results across the Supply Management organization.
**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**
4 years of work experience in finance and/or accounting with a Bachelors degree or 2 years experience with an advanced degree
**Nice to Have**
Exposure to Operations and/or accounting for Operations
Experience with GFS, Essbase, Spend, and SAP
Hyperion Essbase, Hyperion Financial Management, and/or other systems
Solid accounting (GAAP), financial and business management foundation
Experience in navigating and working within a matrix organization
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Strong verbal and written communication skills
