Senior Business Analyst in Dist/Web Development
Experience in Microsoft Dynamics a plus.
Experience in the Financial/Banking Service industry a plus.
Understanding/experience in loan origination/processing applications a plus.
Experience in Customer Relationship Management systems a plus.
Must be a self-starter, capable of functioning with minimal management intervention.

OVERVIEW & RESPONSIBILITIES
Overview
Participate and provide feedback on Business Requirements.
Provide system design and the development of Functional Specifications where applicable.
Ensure test plans and specifications are completed and project meets established milestones.

Responsibilities
Meet and discuss requested changes with business clients ensuring a thorough understanding of specifications.
When QAT is not part of the project/effort, prepare test plan and/or test scripts based on functional specifications.
Execute test scripts verifying changes/enhancements work as required.
Responsible for providing estimates for small-medium projects and performing estimates for assigned components on large projects.
Facilitate / provide estimates after business requirements and functional phases towards establishing time lines and project phases.
Responsible for ensuring any issues that arise from testing or implementation are escalated and resolved appropriately in an efficient and timely manner.
Coordinate and manage the post implementation process to include, but not limited to follow-up, feedback, problem resolution and also a post implementation debrief.
Responsible for various system testing activities that are not covered by other teams, for example, clients performing UAT and QAT performing testing and coordinating user acceptance testing.

QUALIFICATIONS
Associate's degree, or in lieu of degree, three years of relevant operational / business analytics experience.
Minimum two years of project analyst experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to be able to present to a target audience.
Must be detail orientated/articulate with strong time management/organizational skills
