Golden Reserve of Dublin, OH is looking to hire a full-time Paraplanner to support our growth in our Independence and Westlake offices while supporting our Northeast Ohio Region. This Paraplanner position pays a base salary of $40,000 - $50,000/yr, depending on experience, plus performance-based incentives. We offer a robust benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision, HSA plans, a 401(k) plan, profit sharing, and paid time off (PTO). We are also closed for one week at Christmas and one week over the 4th of July for which employees are paid on top of their individual PTO!

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A PARAPLANNER
As Paraplanner, you arrive each day ready to support our Senior Advisors by assisting in the creation and delivering of our signature Cover Your Bases financial plan. You assist in the assembly, creation, and analysis of our clients' financial planning, and facilitate onboarding of new clients to Golden Reserve. Your excellent organizational skills and strict attention to detail help you ensure the timely completion of all ongoing tasks involved in the process. You accompany Senior Advisors in meetings with existing clients and new prospects. You use your excellent interpersonal and communication skills as you provide ongoing customer service for our clients.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PARAPLANNER
A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or a related field
One year of relevant professional experience
An Ohio Life and Health Insurance License (complete within 90 days of start date)
