Cash Application Specialist
Excellent problem solving and communication abilities
Work well under pressure in an high volume data entry environment
Reconcile client data on a daily and/or weekly basis
Identify and communicate discrepancies in payments received and work back across teams to resolve them
Ensure client reporting is up to date and accurate
Process and accurately apply all incoming payments for all customer accounts from a variety of sources
A self starter that must be able to work remotely
2-3 years of accounting experience preferred
Proficient with Google applications as well as MS Office - Expert knowledge of Excel a plus
A good understanding of accounting concepts and procedures
Time and organizational management is required. Prioritize the workload to meet sensitive timelines while keeping leadership updated .
