Our Business Finance and Strategy Senior Analyst will perform a hybrid role within the team, providing a strong presence interfacing with **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.’s Sales team and providing incremental support to the Product and Engineering organizations as needed. The primary focus of this role will be top line value creation, helping drive **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.’s profitability by improving our Sales team’s flexibility and comprehension while also managing customer profitability levels. Daily tasks will involve managing **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.’s Deal Desk intake and prioritization and answering questions from the sales organization; these questions will involve product margin analysis, custom pricing requests, advice on **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.’s pricing methodology, and much more. In addition, this role will drive strategic progress on **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.’s overall packaging and bundling while reporting on progress and trends to **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.’s leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate deal desk, communicating sales strategy and packaging
Maintain standard cost models and product-level profitability analyses
Contribute to business case development and analysis
Coordinate with Sales to prioritize initiatives and outcomes
Create collateral and craft communications to Sales to improve process and outcomes
Assist Sales, Product, and Engineering departments with ad hoc reporting and data collection
Measure and report on success of product and engineering initiatives
Manage sales request intake and prioritization
Optimize and improve recurring financial analyses and processes
Qualifications:
Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
Familiarity with corporate accounting and expense classifications
Experience building and evaluating complex financial models
Experience interfacing with Sales and Product organizations
Exceptional interpersonal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences, including ability to collaborate and build consensus
Strong analytical and strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
