Technical Project Manager – Asset Management (AM) IT Division
The Technical Project Manager will serve as a key leader of the Keystone program and AM Data Management.
The Keystone project is the strategic global platform for AM to enable the sourcing, validation, processing and integration of business data from various sources into a harmonized storage through a standardized framework. The platform consists of data acquisition, control, exception management and workflow, and data integration, with data security, governance and anonymization integrated across all tiers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Provide technical leadership and project management to a multi-region, multi-team data management program
• Lead a large team and/ or provide technical and management leadership to multiple data management project teams
• Lead the technical aspects of a specific release through the full software delivery lifecycle within a complex, multi-year program.
• Stakeholder and business client management
• Defining overall scope of the Program and the overall implementation approach.
• Managing the program scope, budget and actuals, including resource plans of the various IT projects under the program and ensuring milestones are tracked
• Understand, track and articulate issues / risks / action items; work with responsible owners to address the items on a timely basis; update the appropriate audiences as needed.
Qualifications
• 5-10 years as a technical lead or technical project manager
• Strong technical and leadership skills
• Design and implementation of strategic, multi-disciplinary IT programs
• Experience with data management projects. Data mining, big data, predictive analytics is a plus.
• Demonstrate strong problem resolution skills.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and writing skills (written and oral)
• Strong analytical skills and functional expertise with data analytics and reporting.
• Intense intellectual curiosity and passion for providing database solutions
• Demonstrate strong team building skills.
• Demonstrate a consistent attention to detail.
• BS in Computer Science
• Experience working at a large corporation, preferably banking
• Experience working on large projects with many resources.
