We are looking for dedicated individuals to brainstorm exciting and new strategic opportunities, and quickly build working prototypes to transform those ideas into reality.The successful candidate will be part of the Growth Operations Analytics team based in Singapore, a dynamic and high-energy team, delivering data-driven insights to our leaders to drive performance and support strategic decision making. Responsibilities:Data management and Model delivery:Understand new datasets, reconcile reports, cleanse data, create joins and apply business logic.Compile, understand, analyze data, and derive meaningful insightsSupport development of new analytical tools through design, testing and implementationSupport in project-led country deployments of Growth Operations Analytics team initiatives:Support in project management of initiatives with a diverse group of stakeholders to ensure delivery of results within stipulated timelinesPartner with local country to source data inputs, address data quality challenges and determine configuration requirementsWork with internal and global team members to implement recommendations towards a positive and sustainable outcome.Support in conceptualizing solutions, rolling out and testing products, and working with countries to ensure the solution is tailored.Support in 2-4 countries’ relationships which may involve team’s full suite of products.Translate end user requests into technical requirements for our development teamSupport in the delivery of value-added insights to support senior management in strategic decision-makingCollaborate with cross-functional data analytics colleagues to improve Aon’s internal data analytics service platform tools Other duties assignedRequirements Degree in Business, Finance or analytical-related fields1-3 years’ experience in audit and/or financial planning & analysis or business analyticsAspires to grow into a business analytics consultant; this is not under a career track of a data scientistTeam player, analytical, problem-solving, critical and innovative thinking skillsHigh-level written and verbal communication skills.Able to multi-task, self-disciplined, organized, detail-oriented, with good prioritization skillsProficient in Microsoft applications – Excel, Word, PowerPointProficiency in SQL/VBA and the ability to use data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI would be advantageous.Fun, fast-paced and a collaborative environment Hybrid work-modeHow to ApplyYour opportunity to empower results could start right here.
