Job Details:
The main objective of the role is to lead and manage a program of finance transformation and/or change initiatives with clear accountability and governance. Drive change in end-to-end processes - managing people, process and technology change – requiring the ability to influence across the organization. Continuously manage leader and stakeholder adoption.
Overall Responsibilities
Creation of key performance indicators and development of reporting framework
Periodic assessment of key business processes and strategies to refresh KPIs
Manage a portfolio of change initiatives to support the departmental agenda
Partner with the business to define and measure success factors, develop metrics and dashboards
Drive process innovation within the F&A organization
Serving as the liaison between the F&A function and IT in order to continue developing systems capabilities
This position will drive our Grow Deliver Sustain strategy by performing ad hoc analysis and managing special projects.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Good organizational, time management and interpersonal skills
Detail oriented with statistical, analytical and problem solving skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field preferred
Experience: 5 plus years relevant experience with 2 years information systems related experience preferred. Understanding of end to end business concepts and their financial impact.
Computer Skills: Strong computer skills. In depth understanding of data analytics, query management systems and databases. Some examples of programs used frequently include MS Excel, Power BI, SAP
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
