Aon is looking for Administrative Support for our Legal and Claims Practice Group in our New York office. As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting our Legal and Claims Practice Group in New York City. The successful candidate will support a team of Claims Attorneys and Advocates in the New York office.Job Responsibilities will include: Data entry into various internal business information systems, including, but not limited to, proprietary claims database and time entry;Assisting with meeting planning; Provides high level of customer service and assistance to internal and external clients;Coordinating travel; Managing expenses;File documentation and maintenance andProvide general office supportYou Bring Knowledge and Expertise Required Experience:Must have 1-5 years of administrative experience, working within a fast paced environmentPrevious work experience at insurance / brokerage company preferredExcellent organizational skills and strong attention to detailAbility to communicate effectively with others (written and verbal)Strong PC skills (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)Education:High school diploma or equivalentWe offer youA competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.
