Reporting the North America Sports & Entertainment Sr. Director of Finance, The Topps Company is seeking a Finance Manager, FP&A will serve as a key member of the business unit financial planning and analysis team, with ownership of supporting North America wholesale and eCommerce business units, capital planning / budgeting / forecasting, and FP&A systems.Key Responsibilities Strategic and thought partnership for the North America Sports & Entertainment business, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, analytics, headcount management, business case development, modeling, etc. to drive operational efficiency and streamlined processesOwnership of long-range planning, with a focus on understanding underlying business drivers, modeling ROI and guiding leadership through major investment decisions and scenariosSupport of FP&A systems, with assistance in establishing vision, developing roadmaps and executing on the fuller implementation of the FP&A / Anaplan system and associated integrations, which will drive more integrated planning, improved scenario analysis, better consolidation of data / reporting, etc.Ensure reporting accuracy and compliance with internal and external policies (e.g., financial and tax-related regulations), including monitor forecast accuracy, understand drivers of variances, and provide insightful commentary & analysis for both current period and future periodsManage monthly and quarterly forecast for both P&L and working capitalKey Qualifications & Experience Experience with presentations to senior management, with extraordinary detail orientationModerate experience with FP&A systems (preferably Anaplan or Hyperion), ERP systems (preferably Oracle or D365) and leading systems transformation projectsStrong knowledge and experience with accounting conceptsExpert skills with Microsoft Excel6 years of finance experience with progressively increasing responsibilities; public, multinational company experience preferredExcellent organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through and meet deadlinesBachelors or Masters Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or other relevant field
