Manager, Financial Lines We're looking for a Manager to join our growing Financial Services & Professions Group (FSPG) team in Singapore. This is a new headcount and will be servicing major clients. Aon is in the business of better decisions  At Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.   As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.  What the day will look likeBroking, advisory and servicing of major clienteles jointly or severally with the Financial Services & Professions Group (FSPG) teamSupporting the manager with pipeline review and the implementation of strategies to ensure the profitability of the business, including the reporting, forecasting, tracking and accurate and timely maintenance of systems and data entryManage and develop a portfolio segment of clients as assigned by the HOD/ Team Leader, delivering a consistently high and reliable service standardNegotiate with clients and underwriters and deliver team goals of growth, profitability & increasing market share, and build successful long term business relationships at all levels with clients, insurers and stakeholdersTake responsibility to monitor performance & results, identifying and closing New Business, creating marketing strategies to attract and acquire new clients, up-sell and cross-sell to existing clients, and react accordingly to ensure targets are hitIdentify opportunities that benefit the team’s business results, overall well-being and efficiencyCollaborate with colleagues in the Regional FSPG team and the broader Aon colleagues & stakeholders to identify and implement planning, strategy & execution for growthTake responsibility and supporting the functional pillars: Sales & Marketing, Account Management, or Operational ManagementPerform other duties and tasks as reasonably assigned by your supervisor and any additional duties that may be allocated to you by the Company from time to time Skills and experience that will lead to successDegree/Diploma in any relevant disciplineAt least 4 years relevant working experience preferably in the insurance industryProficient in microsoft office applications (word, excel, powerpoint)Good communication and presentation skilllsAbility to work with others under pressure and to resolve conflict in a constructive mannerability to work with others under pressure and to resolve conflict in a constructive man How we support our colleagues  In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
