Together, we are building a better tomorrow for our customers, partners and communities.Position OverviewThe position will be responsible for supporting the T-Mobile account accessories category sales including working closely with business planning, operations, channel sales, and supply chain functions on the accessories business. This position will help plan and coordinate all sales and operational aspects and act as a point of contact between Samsung functional leaders and T-Mobile.Primary duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to creating and executing accessories sales programs, building and maintaining customer relationships, supporting sell-in and sell-out forecasting, cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, supporting sales operations, and management of financial and operational data as it relates to the accessories business.Role and ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities and Duties:Make customer sales calls to identify inventory/product requirements, sales recommendations, roll-out new products, identify sell-out opportunities, and other key metrics, etcBuild and maintain relationships with key customer leaders and partnersMonitor sales trends, and assist in creating and executing sales plansAssist with quarterly and annual business planningCollaborate with various functional areas on execution of u201cGo To Marketu201d tactics for accessoriesWork closely and collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales enablement, marketing, supply chain, finance and strategy on GTM on accessories sell-out programsDevelops sell-in/sell-out presentations (product positioning, value proposition, etc) for the channel sales team for accessoriesCoordination and preparation of RFP, sell-in, and delegation documents for accessoriesDevelop new & existing product placement recommendations, promotional & channel sales opportunities in all sales channelsReport key activities regarding sales and customer issues/inquiries to leadership as actionable insightsManage sell-out and key KPI reporting for accessoriesManagement of demo processSupport and own management of term sheets, POP/invoicing, promo budget trackingSupport SCM function for accessories including sales forecasting, providing insights to SCM team on promotional plans, market and competitive trends.Manage relationship with customer with PO coordination, demand planning, etc.Background/Experience Required:Bacheloru2019s degree in business administration, marketing, economics, finance, logistics, engineering or related field6 years of industry experience, and experience in mobile categories with similar go-to-market strategies desiredExceptional strategic planning and analytical skills, financial acumen, organizational planning requiredExceptional and proven written and verbal skills are absolutely critical to the rAbility to gather all forms of data, use various tools of evaluation and prepare analysis and recommendations for Senior leadership within Samsung and the customerAbility to take business objectives and strategies and develop aligned sales/product/channel tactic/programsWork independently and in a team environment, in order to achieve personal and team goals and complete assignments within established time frames.Demonstrated ability to interact at all levels within customersu2019 organizations and within the SEA organization. The ability to negotiate with and convince others, in a potentially adversarial environment, including customer leadership, VPs, directors & managers, staff, and vendors with opposing views to accept/approve plans, technical, and project recommendations.The ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple projects as well as sales and promotional programs to various performance objectives. Post-program analysis and review is also critical.The ability to make professional sales and business presentations in writing, through emails and reports, or orally, including complex business and technical matters to an audience of high technical skills, management, and operational experience.Skills and QualificationsNecessary Skills and attributes: Demonstrated ability to interact at all levels within customer's organizations. The ability to negotiate with and convince others, in a potentially adversarial environment, including customer leadership, directors and managers with opposing views to accept/approve plans, technical and project recommendations. The ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple strategic programs and simultaneous performance objectives. The ability to write, read, interpret, explain and act based on a thorough understanding of technical documents, engineering materials and contracts or related documents. Ability to make professional sales and business presentations in writing, through email, reports, or orally, including complex business and technical matters to an audience of high technical skills, management and operational experience. Ability to support a cross-functional Samsung team to achieve customer contracted objectives and specific team goals within established time frames and requirements. Assist in and if needed direct the Samsung team in lab and field trials related to introduction of products sold to the customer.Physical/Mental Demands: Work is generally performed in an office environment. Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal between more than 50% of work time, including prolonged periods of time. Requires considerable work utilizing high visual acuity / detail, numeric / character distinction and moderate hand / finger dexterity. The movement and transportation of equipment, most of the time is under 25 pounds. Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenges and project management deadlines. Machines, tools, equipment, and work aids include PCu2019s, printers, copiers, faxes and other equipment commonly associated with an office work area. May require working additional hours beyond normal schedule.
