Overview:The Cross-Border Services team is looking for an Analyst, Finance Business Partner to support the global product team and regional teams. This person will play a key role in supporting the broader finance functions of MA CBS as they relate to forecasting, financial reporting, and ad hoc analysis., He/she will also assist in the development of pricing proposals as we seek to expand the scope of our business across regions.The ideal candidate is analytical, articulate, and highly motivated, with a willingness to grow and adapt their skillset in a fast paced environment.Role Help develop and model pricing proposals to support regional sales teams in pursuit of new business Assist with forecasting/financial modeling of business projections for revenue and pipeline Provide analytical support to leadership and regional teams in execution of forecasting objectives, sales cycles, and strategy Create business cases to model profitability and obtain leadership approval for new client opportunities Monitor financial reporting results to ensure that client revenue, COGS, margin, etc. are in line with expectations, escalate and investigate irregularities where appropriate Build strong relationships with regional sales teams and leverage those to develop a detailed understanding of the sales pipelineAll About YouThe ideal candidate for this position should have: Advanced excel skills with a strong background in financial modeling, but also comfortable building or modifying models for various purposes Strong writing and verbal skills, plus the ability to summarize nuanced and complex topics for audiences that may lack familiarity/background An interest in recognizing patterns, an eye for when things dont add up Natural curiosity, an investigative personality, and the confidence to vocalize findings Success working with stakeholders across functions, and a willingness to interface with other departments to build a basic understanding of their workings Undergraduate degree, ideally focused on Mathematics, Statistics, Finance (additional writing intensive coursework is a plus) Flexibility to learn new skills and explore new workflows as business needs evolve Prior experience in FX payments and/or a pricing related role is a preferred but not essential
