About the Role
We are looking for a Finance & Strategy Associate to partner with cross-functional teams as we launch new products and build upon our leading presence within financial automation. This role will directly influence **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.’s long-term growth trajectory, and your work will be highly visible to the Executive team / other senior leaders within the organization.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the finance leader on large-scale initiatives, providing strategic oversight and analytical horsepower
Use data to influence and inform key strategic and product decisions
Conduct detailed industry and competitive analyses (e.g. 10-K, equity research reports); be (or become) **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.’s leading expert on market trends and competitive products
Lead planning analyses for cross-functional teams and evaluate organizational tradeoffs
Identify and develop KPIs; build dashboard to monitor success and communicate insights to relevant stakeholders
Build and then own detailed financial and operational models, ensuring highest quality and accuracy
What You Need
Extreme attention to detail with a high regard for precision
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or consulting
Proven expertise with Excel / Microsoft Office suite
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to develop and manage financial models independently
Track record of developing and maintaining relationships with both internal and external partners
Nice to Haves
Prior Finance, Operations, or Capital Markets experience within a high-growth technology startup
Proven expertise with SQL and/or Python (or willingness to learn)
Experience launching new products, from ideation to post-launch operations
