This program enables you to apply what you have learned in the classroom as you contribute to the success of our firm. Throughout the duration of this program, you will gain an understanding of Mesirowu0026rsquo;s Global Investment Management businesses, make firm-wide connections, develop critical leadership skills and receive customized training to help you accelerate and advance in your career and broaden your understanding of Mesirowu0026rsquo;s products and objectives.u003c/pu003enu003cpu003eThe two-year rotational program will consist of four six-month rotations across our alternative direct, multi-manager and traditional investment management businesses.
