Description
The Client Executive - Employer Group is responsible for growing membership within existing accounts and for directly managing business relationships with client accounts. The Client Executive - Employer Group work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Responsibilities
The Client Executive 100 Employer Group role oversees customer account management, including negotiating contracts, developing proposals and managing agreements. Works closely with various internal departments including Sales, Underwriting, Account Installation, Network and Account Service to manage the group's contract. Develops and oversees customer retention, strategic membership growth and wellness campaigns. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed with minimal direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
Must haves:
Georgia Health Insurance license required.
5 years employer benefits experience related to medical, dental, vision, wellness and/or life.
Strong Negotiation, Analytical, Problem Solving, Client Relationship Management skills.
Effective communication skills, written and verbal.
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
Client assignments throughout the Georgia Market, GA Driver's license and ability to travel to clients.
Nice to Have:
Bilingual (Spanish)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or other related field.
5 years Sales or Account Management Experience related to medical, dental, vision, wellness and/or life
