Reporting directly to Country Sales Head, duties include but not limited to the daily optimization of the sales functions, production, and monitoring of metrics and management reports including accurate and timely reporting of the business commercial operations in-country.Leads the new business generation and long-term business relationships with clients.Taps profitable growth opportunities through new sales development efforts.Closely works with key executives/decision-makers to meet deliverables on time.Execute the different cross selling initiativeSkills and experience that will lead to successIndicating a track record of success, you will be inquisitive, keen to learn and have a passion for data and the opportunities and business insights it reveals.Demonstrate resilience; the flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid changeCurious and willing to learnPersonable and able to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholdersProactive and a self-starterAble to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writingHighly proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPointCandidates with an undergraduate degree (graduate of any 4 – year course) and extensive experience working in an insurance, financial services, or management consulting will be viewed advantageously.How to ApplyYour opportunity to empower results could start right here.
