This team will develop a rich understanding of how fans interact with our artists and brands, and it will deliver actionable insights to the DTC business to drive sales, increase lifetime value, and serve our fans better and better each day.u00A0How you'll CREATE:u00A0Lead DTC Analytics team to proactively identify and define high impact problems and opportunities. Create innovative solutions to these problems via in-depth analysis of the data. Build, coach, and mentor a world-class data science & analytics groupu00A0Deliver and manage data-driven insights by effectively communicating the u201Cso whatu201D from the data to the business to leverage as a strategic business asset and driver of growth for the platformu00A0Be able to tell a story with data that is clear and compelling u2013 speak the language easily understood by the business teamsu00A0Based on audience cohorts, creating analysis with meaningful insights that improve performance, identify opportunities, improve acquisition, and reduce churnu00A0Analyze user behavioral data to identify patterns, uncover opportunities, and create a common understanding of how people are interacting with the platform and contentu00A0Generate data-based insights that help to launch impactful and effective marketing and user acquisition programs. Develop a strong hypothesis, conduct A/B analytics, and make data-based recommendationsu00A0Measure performance and report business outcomes on a daily/weekly/monthly basis with the most relevant KPIs converted into insights and key action items to improve efficiencyu00A0Be the primary partner for cross-functional stakeholders to understand when a metric is ahead or behind expectations, dig in to drive meaningful, actionable insights that help the business performance improve or double-down on successu00A0Work with other members of the team to align metric definitions across all services within the businessu00A0Continuously drive toward efficiency by simplifying and automating where possible, eliminating redundancy across the organization, refining metrics, and building new reports as needed to support decision-makingu00A0Partner closely with business stakeholders to identify and unlock opportunities, and with other data teams, improve platform capabilities around data modelling, testing platforms, data visualization, and data architectureu00A0Assure quality and accuracy of deliverables through thorough interaction with business partners to understand and refine requirements and adherence to privacy, governance standards, and quantitative practicesu00A0Bring your VIBE:u00A0Proven track record in an analytical leadership role, driving C-Suite engagement through compelling data storytelling, transforming data into actionable business insights that drive measurable impact for the company and the customeru00A0A strong understanding of statistical concepts (e.g., propensity modelling, hypothesis testing, regression analysis, etc.) and extensive experience in using SQL, Python/R and other statistical programming languagesu00A0Demonstrable knowledge of modern data visualizationu00A0Bacheloru2019s degree in a quantitative field including Marketing, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or Social Science.
