Job Details:
SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the preparation of weekly monthly and annual financial and operational reporting. This includes gathering and processing information to produce accurate performance reports providing costing and reporting of production and yields and preparing weekly EBIT estimates and P&L s. In-house inventory is minimal; tracking managing of transfers outside inventory is crucial. Other duties include auditing payroll for team members; ensuring generally accepted accounting principles are adhered to as well as Tyson accounting policies which may involve in-house auditing of books and inventories and any applicable Tyson Controls; other special projects and or requests as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field and/or equivalent work experience in related field.
Experience: 2 years related experience preferred.
Computer Skills: Standard computer skills; Microsoft Office Excel and Word.
Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills.
Supervisory: Supervisory experience preferred as this position would supervise management support Team Members.
Travel: Minimal travel. 1-2 trips per year.
