Aon is looking for an Investment Consultant, Non-Profit Solutions (Flexible on Location) Job Responsibilities:Serve as lead Client Consultant to non-profit clients including higher education, foundations, faith-based and healthcare organizationsProvide proactive and creative support to clients. Apply good judgment and appropriate follow-through with firm employees, investment managers, trustees, and clients. Demonstrate initiative and ownership of client and research-related work.Provide guidance and insight on various matters related to management of non-profit investment pools such as foundation, endowment and operating assetsAbility to generate thought leadership around topics important to non-profit organizationsDeep familiarity with various investment strategies including alternatives (including hedge funds, real estate, and private equity)Understanding of Responsible Investment/ESG and related topicsDemonstrate clear understanding and ability to articulate value proposition of all U.S. Investment Consulting servicesFunction collaboratively across Aon practice areas and various regional leadership teamsLead/manage/mentor junior colleagues in the firmQualifications:An undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Finance or other related field is required.Bachelor’s degree in relevant area (e.g., business, finance, economics)Advanced degree and/or CFA and/or CAIA credential(s) is preferred10 years of investment experience.
