The Proposal Manager will be responsible for developing high quality, compelling proposals and responses to RFPS that leverage the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. value proposition and differentiators. As a key driver for our Sales Teams, this role plays a critical function in increasing our annual revenue and overall win rate. It is crucial that this role develops strong working relationships with their stakeholders and SMEs to ensure the best possible outcomes and accuracy of RFP responses. The Proposal Manager will also be responsible for the accuracy of our content library and answers, ensuring that we have a consistent review cycle, clear ownership of answers, and overall consistency.
You’ll spend time on the following:
Leads coordination for persuasive, quality proposals through organizing pursuit teams, following RFP requirements, editing technical sections, RFP coordination, and overall ownership of the project
Liaise with subject matter experts to inform responses to RFPs and support the maintenance of content organized in the RFP databases, including its technical accuracy
Proofread proposals for content, grammar, style, formatting; edit, organize, and pull attachments and exhibits for responses
Consistently implement **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.’s brand messaging, including voice, style, and theme, within all responses
Maintain ownership of the content library and take pride in the answers we put forth in our RFPs. Create a periodic review process with the Proposal Manager Team Lead; work your SMEs to maintain an accurate RFP content library
Continually strive to learn and grow as a professional proposal writer - bring new ideas to the team, attend trainings and webinars, reach out to other industry professionals, etc.
We’re excited about you if you have:
4 years of proposal management experience
Self-motivated, multitask-loving proposal enthusiast, detail-oriented, organized, and have a strong desire to learn and grow.
You’re able to quickly develop strong, strategic, and positive working relationships across all levels of an organization.
Written and verbal communication skills are the envy of others. You have a proven ability to copywrite, proofread, and/or edit to produce high-quality deliverables.
Bachelor’s degree in the quantitative field from an accredited university
Extremely comfortable with RFPio, Salesforce, Excel, G-Suite
You have strong analytical and strategic thinking skills and a passion for creative problem solving
