Aon is looking for an Investment Consultant (Non-Profit Solutions), Associate Partner Job Responsibilities:Serve as lead Client Consultant to non-profit clients including higher education, foundations, faith-based and healthcare organizationsProvide proactive and creative support to clients.  Applies good judgment and appropriate follow-through with firm employees, investment managers, trustees, and clients.  Demonstrates initiative & ownership of client & research-related workProvide guidance and insight on various matters related to management of non-profit investment pools such as foundation, endowment and operating assetsAbility to provide deep insights and guidance on investment strategies and investment vehiclesAbility to generate thought leadership around topics important to non-profit organizationsOutstanding presentation skills with ability to present at conferences, speak with media, and engage in finals presentationsDeep familiarity with various investment strategies including alternatives (including hedge funds, real estate, and private equity)Understanding and expertise in Responsible Investment/ESG and related topicsFocus on growth initiatives, revenue generation.
