Job Summary:

As a VIM/DFM Specialist, is primarily responsible for supporting to resolve the VIM/DFM open invoices.Review all the open VIM/DFM case (invoices) and provide the resolution based on the root cause analysis to preventive such failure in the future. Also, responsible for Vendor master date review and secondary validation.

Responsibilities and Duties:


Responsible to follow-up and resolve the open DFM/VIM cases on timely manner
Be the point of contact to the GU for any issues related to Open DFM/VIM cases.
Reports to AP manager on a weekly and monthly basis on ageing DFM/VIM cases.
Report the weekly status of open DFM/VIM cases to the GU Supply chain and Finance manager.
Responsible to fix all the multiple failure invoices (Price & quantity mismatches)
Arrange meeting with the buyers, Suppliers and Accenture to bring the process improvement in the PO and invoicing.
Conducting monthly meetings with the Category leads to review the various issues on the PO.
Conducting monthly Gmkt review on the AP performance review.
Conducting weekly review with the Accenture team on the open DFM/VIM cases.
Collaborate with Supplier manager to improve the supplier understanding on the Accounts payable process.
Drive continuous improvement projects
Liaise and coordinate with Local PnS team about the process improvement on the AP process.
Monitors and improves compliance with P2P strategies, policies, processes, and procedures within the GU (i.e., reduce the Non-PO, on-Time Payment, reduce multi touch)
Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of Third-Party invoices, resolving discrepancies whenever required
Report all the SQ issue of Accenture – related to DFM/VIM cases


Qualification:


Bachelors or master’s degree in Finance or Supply Chain is preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent command of English required (verbal and written)
Teamwork oriented
