Job Description

The Corporate Risk Management Senior Analyst will support the Director in managing the day to day operations of the Corporate Risk Management (CRM) function, including the administration and compliance of the global Property & Casualty and Financial lines insurance programs as well as the related claims management and loss control activities. The position will become a subject matter expert in all key departmental IT systems and work with vendors to coordinate the import/export of critical data feeds and reporting. In addition, the position will support the Director and Sr. Director with special projects related to our Captive insurance strategy as well as Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) initiatives.

A typical day might include:

  • Coordinate underwriting submissions for all global Property & Casualty and Financial lines insurance programs
  • Maintain updated Schedules of Insurance (SOI) and Statement of Values (SOV)
  • Monitor, report and manage all claim activity under the global insurance programs
  • Maintain, administer and develop key systems in support of function, including Clearsight, Fusion, AuditBoard and insurance vendor portals
  • Perform analysis, provide reporting and develop presentations in support of function
  • Maintain the departmental budget and related allocations
  • Ensure that the CRM plans that relate to the Treasury and Corporate Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity initiatives are kept up to date
  • Coordinate requests for Certificates of Insurance
  • Support the Director and Sr. Director with special projects in support of the Captive insurance strategy, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) initiatives, Trade Credit, Hunter Warfield collections activities and other business and financial risk areas, as needed
  • Collaborate with the Liquidity team on various projects and tasks, as needed, which may include investment analysis, cash forecasting and Treasury reporting
  • Serve as back-up for certain functions within Treasury Operations, as needed

This role may be for you if you have:
  • Bachelors degree
  • 2 years Risk Management, Insurance, Finance or Accounting experience
  • Desire to learn new concepts and develop new skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Ability to navigate across the organization and with work all management levels
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Adaptability
  • Ability to work individually and within teams
  • Ability to improve efficiency of processes
