Description:
Our Health Club based billing office is looking to hire a well-rounded, long-term team mate. We are looking for a strong individual to handle billing office duties.
Essential Duties Include:
Provides outstanding customer service including assessing and resolving customer problems and professionally handling telephone inquiries.
Must be able to take inbound & outbound calls. Along with handling both casual and difficult calls.
Excellent telephone skills are an absolute must for this position.
Maintain daily assigned tasks.
Handle member concerns tactfully and promptly, while providing excellent customer service.
Work effectively together with other managers and employees.
. Excel, Word, and Email experience required.
Be compliant with billing office confidentiality.

Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must have minimum one-year experience in collections and/or customer service activities.
Preferred Skills/Experience
Strong customer service/relations skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.

Salary: $16.00 to $18.00 hour / Competitive hourly rate plus commission will be offered to the right candidate.
