Advisors. u00a0Learn more about our career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.In this role, you will:nSupport Financial Advisory team and their clients by providing account information or quotes, entering Financial Advisory approved security tickets and various administrative tasksnIdentify ways to improve Brokerage Client Support processes and offer Brokerage Client Support work group ideasnPerform moderately complex administrative and operational tasks within Brokerage Client Support functional areanHandle telephone calls or respond to inquiries and requests for researching of reports and account related issuesnEstablish and maintain files to meet the firms regulatory requirementsnCreate, produce, and maintain reports, databases, and record keeping for the purpose of growing client relationshipsnReceive direction from supervisor and Financial Advisory functional area and escalate non-routine questionsnInteract with Financial Advisory functional area on wider range of inquiries or requests, as well as internal and external customersnRequired Qualifications, US:2 years of Brokerage and Client Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:nBrokerage industry experiencenFinancial services industry experiencenAbility to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environmentnExperience interacting directly with customersnAbility to provide administrative support, including responding to prospect/customer inquiries and requests for informationnAbility to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environmentnIntermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skillsnKnowledge and understanding of brokerage or administrative supportnJob Expectations:nFINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) examinations, or equivalent must be completed within either a 90 or 180-day time period following commencement of employment, depending upon the number of license(s) needed if not immediately available to transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted. This will be communicated at time of offer acceptance.nObtaining and/or maintaining appropriate Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) license(s) is required for ongoing employment in this position.nCompliance with state law registration and licensing requirements is mandatory.
