It’s a team that role models the word, and one that’s a joy to lead.  We’re currently seeking a Director of Finance to join our opening Executive team at 1 Hanalei Bay (opening July 2022) to oversee the overall financial health of the hotel. Needless to say, it’s a hugely important role that requires meticulous analysis, insightful planning, and a sharp ability to identify and resolve discrepancies with lightning-fast solutions. You’ll also manage account balancing, ledger reconciliation, and financial report execution. Finally, you’re a natural people person who’s always eager to collaborate, hear new ideas and advocate for the brand. Inside Tip: There is so much more to this role than the numbers.About you...nPassionate about numbers and math and a minimum of 8 years of similar work experience, preferably within a hotel environment.nA post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.nAdvanced knowledgeable of payroll, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.nExcels at communication, both verbal and written.nIs flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation. n Source: Hospitality Online,
