Hiring Senior/Lead Business Analysts with Financial Services Experience Needed

Collaborative Consulting is a leading professional services firm that specializes in optimizing its clients' business and technology capabilities with Business Enablement as one of its core service offerings.
We have immediate needs for Senior Business Systems Analysts with over 5 years of experience and a strong background in both business and technical environments. The ideal candidate must have experience in the Financial Services industry. The project objective is to streamline the reconciliation between custody and accounting systems by pulling data from disparate systems into a single real-time repository, by designing remediation logic that solves common exceptions or provides informative messages to help the reconciliation teams solve exceptions faster. Last, there is a user dashboard that allows processing teams to effectively triage, investigate, approve, and resolve exceptions real-time. The BA*s are expected to work with subject matter experts to document the current and future remediation processes and facilitate consensus among global stakeholders.
Responsibilities may also include, but are not limited to, gathering requirements; writing functional specifications, establishing project documentation; functional design and business quality standards. The successful candidate will also be skilled at working with key users to continually improve business processes; managing projects throughout the entire systems development life cycle; and developing and executing test plans.
As part of a professional services firm, duties can vary from project to project, providing excitement and variety.
Qualifications:
Experience with business analysis, business process re-engineering, and requirements gathering methods and tools
Excellent written, oral communication, facilitation and presentation skills required
Attention to detail
Strong relationship management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a matrixed environment
Ability to constructively adapt to rapidly changing priorities
Knowledge of systems architecture, application development life cycle, and data modeling a plus
Financial Services Experience is a plus
