In this role you will support the Branch Manager with their day-to-day account management, which will include directly supporting clients within that portfolio. We will provide on the job training, a fun and encouraging team culture and room for career development. Day to day you might work on:Responding to client enquiriesDocument preparation Client renewal paperworkPremium negotiations Policy and new business submissionsClaims management supportThere will be a focus on strong customer service and professionalism including attention to detail and ensuring that clients experience good outcomes. About you Ideally, you will have an administration or a customer support background and have experience working within the Insurance space working with small-to-medium clients. You can demonstrate strong customer service skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes and have a proactive skillset, using your initiative to assist clients. Ideally you should have the following skillset:The ability to deliver high standards of quality client serviceOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsSolution driven with a high level of adaptabilityAn eye for detailStrong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple responsibilitiesCompetency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookPositive attitude and drive to succeed.If you consider yourself highly motivated with a passion for providing the best client experience, then this is the role for you!
