At **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., we are looking for a SAP Development Technical Lead to engage in designing,
building and delivering automated and integrated solutions for the company. Ideal candidate would have
previous experience as a developer or System Administrator with a proven track record and a customer
service approach.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Partners with IS leadership, including Enterprise Architecture, to ensure modern scalable
automated solution meet business requirements
- Deliver complex projects in a fast-paced, team environment
- Lead and assist all development initiatives
- Promote and participate in forums for sharing expertise, strengthening the teams collective
knowledge, and helping resolve our business challenges
- Collaborate on innovative solutions to bolster the future of the business transformation
- Developing the Subscriptions Model in HANA and integration of the Subscriptions with Cloud.
- Leading projects to deliver business objectives and strategy in a cost-effective manner while
maintaining architecture and performance standards.
- Manages ERP SAP application to improve quality and system performance, modularize
applications and maintain SLAs.
- Leading a culture to adopt SAP best business practices in order to simplify the IT landscape.
- Polished in GAP analysis, document findings, evaluated scope of studies & suggested solutions
through SAP for implementation and customization
- Experience in configuring GL, AP, AR, Controlling/Planning as part of SAP Accounting powered
by HANA Add-on, Cash Management S/4HANA Add-on, and Fixed Assets modules in SFIN2.0 -
S/4HANA Finance and SAP HANA specific Fiori apps.
- Experience in End-to-End SAP Implementations, SAP Upgrades, Data archiving, BW HANA
migrations
- Work with Senior Application Owner to maintain and enhance the SAP application for internal
stakeholders.
- Plan, review and revise configurations and customizations of SAP as needed to meet the ever
changing needs of the business.
- Experience in Change Management, Release Management, Audit & SOX Compliancy for SDLC.
Desired Skills and Experience
o Working ERP knowledge of business functional areas:
- Operations, Supply Chain, Planning
- Support, RMA
- Finance
- Procurement
- Hands-on functional configuration and design experience
- Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and
prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical
business solutions in ERP
- Participation in all phases of multiple SAP implementations
- Agile methodology
- Quality and detail oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication (Technical, Functional, Cross-functional)
- Process-oriented approach to analysis and design- Established leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and
decision-making abilities
- Experience mentoring and coaching others
- Experience with software in a SaaS environment is a plus as is any experience with
financial accounting, manufacturing or supply chain management.
5-10 year relevant experience
