Come on board and reap the rewards. Job Responsibilities: • Provide sourcing and recruitment support for job openings ranging from non-technical and technical positions.• Can handle entry level to executive searches.• Attend to in-take meetings with hiring managers to discuss vacancies.• Build relationships with assigned key partners to proactively evaluate workforce plans and talent acquisition needs for the business.• Demonstrate an agile approach to recruiting by using online social and professional networking sites, use of technologies to attract talents and build a robust candidate pipeline.• Establish academic linkages with universities and colleges. This includes internship program, career talks, focus group discussions, career site posting and access to graduate listing.• Promote campus recruitment and employer branding within the organization to improve business awareness in terms of talent cultivation and supply.• Set up and maintain a sufficient candidate database and talent pool.• Conducts talent mapping and market scan on talent availability in collaboration with vendors and regional counterparts.• Provide recruitment status reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager.• Keep track of recruitment metrics and deliverables. Requirements: • At least 5 years working experience in recruitment with exposure in handling APAC requisitions will be highly preferred.• 3-5 years relevant experience in account management (recruitment).• Experience within Financial Services, Consulting industries preferred.• Able to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.• Strong planning, communication, relationship building, presentation, project management and organization skills.• Standout colleague and highly collaborative.• Tech savvy.• Preferably with Workday, other ATS experience.• Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint).. How we support our colleagues  In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
