Aon is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, Global Finance ResponsibilitiesSupport regional and solution line finance teams through the organization and consolidation of global financials and key metrics.Assist the monthly forecast and annual budget cycles by creating timelines, guidance and reviews.Provide P&L insights through various analyses and variance commentary.Support regional and solution line CFOs as needed through report building, adhoc analysis and powerpoint presentations.Prepare results decks for senior management including earnings results and quarterly business reviews.Implement process efficiencies and report standardization across solution lines.Coordinate and support strategic finance projects as needed.Job RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance2 years of experience in an accounting/finance related role.Strong analytical and organizational skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to partner and collaborate with colleagues across the globe and within various finance disciplines.Strong experience working with Microsoft products (Excel and PowerPoint).Knowledge of accounting and reporting systems, Workday and TM1 preferred.
