Polsinelli, a top AmLaw 100 national law firm, has an immediate need for a highly-qualified and motivated litigation associate to join our Financial Services Litigation Practice Group in our Los Angeles office. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm or clerking experience and superb problem-solving, writing and communication skills. Candidates should have 2 years of diverse litigation or clerking experience. Experience taking and defending depositions and courtroom experience is a plus. Candidates should be motivated, self-starters with demonstrated interest and litigation experience involving commercial real estate, loan enforcement or financial services litigation.
