Position Summary

As an Under Armour Rookie you’ll be given a hands-on, self-driven project that makes a real business impact. Throughout the 12 weeks you’ll work one-on-one with a mentor and have access to learning experiences, such as interactive Q&A sessions with our executives and professional development opportunities with our talent advisors. With our focus on cross-functional collaboration and global mindset, as a Rookie, you get to see how your work goes way beyond yourself.

Our program consists of remote, hybrid and in-office opportunities.

Potential Placement Area

Accounting

Accounting Rookies will assist in executing the vision for the global accounting team, which will include supporting the month end closing process, analyzing reports, as well as maintaining general ledger accounts and ensuring transactions are accounted for in accordance with US GAAP. This opportunity might appeal to students with majors such as: Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or Economics.

Finance / FP&A

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Rookie's support decision making for their business units and maximize return on investment through financial analysis. This opportunity might appeal to students with majors such as: Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or Economics.

Tax

Rookies on the Tax team will assist in the preparation of tax returns by collecting data, preparing gross receipts, and working with compliance, accounts payable and additional teams within accounting. This opportunity might appeal to students with majors such as: Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or Economics.

Eligibility

To be eligible for our Rookie program, you must be expecting to graduate from an undergraduate or graduate program anytime between December 2023 and June 2024.
