As a Bankruptcy Specialist Senior within PNC's Bankruptcy organization, you will be based in Miamisburg, OH or Brecksville, OH. Job Description Monitors and processes active bankruptcies, including administrative functions. Ensures timely and accurate completion of the bankruptcy process to comply with bankruptcy code and investor guidelines, minimizing monetary loss to the bank. Oversees assigned workflow to ensure timely completion of the bankruptcy process by communicating with outside counsel. Responds to escalated customer inquiries. Interacts with customers/investors and outside counsel regarding bankruptcy proceedings through written and verbal communication. Ensures compliance with bankruptcy code, investor, and/or mortgage insurance guidelines in order to minimize loss associated with process delays. Trains and assists new team members. Resolves escalated issues regarding the bankruptcy process. Regulatory Environment - Financial Services Knowledge of and ability to help an organization adapt to applicable federal, state, local, and company-specific regulations, policies, and guidelines affecting business practices. Work Experience Roles at this level typically require an Associates or equivalent degree as well as related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties. Typically requires 3 years experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
