Job Description:
The PPM Analyst will support the Project Financial Management function within IT Operations to ensure the smooth operations of project financial management. This position will support the leader of the PPM module for project financials as will provides indirect support to the global PMO in answering questions and providing level 2 support for issues arising from the modules. In addition, this individual will oversee the interfaces from SAP and should be comfortable trouble shooting expense lines and cost plans within the PPM module

Job responsibilities:
• Oversee the monthly loads of KSB1 and CJ74 data from SAP, contingent labor and managed service providers consumption files
• Run monthly reports that provide detail for the financials
• Troubleshoot issues and answer questions from Project and Program Managers with respect to their project financials
• Reconcile GL to the PPM and IT Financial Management module
Requirements:

MUST HAVES:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or IT related
• 2 years of Service Now experience, 1 in PPM module
• Application support of Accounting/Financial Applications
• Ability to reconcile complex data sets between source and target applications
• Worked in a fast paced environment and ability to work with changing priorities

NICE TO HAVE:
• Worked with ITFM module or other comparable applications
• Biopharma experience
